If you haven't read my "About" page, you might not know that I work as the Food Editor and a columnist for the digital food and beverage magazine CRAFT by Under My Host (Dorthy Parker, yo!).
One of the pieces that I write is a recommendations column for cookbooks. In the current installment, I recommend four books with recipes from places that I would love to travel to, like Korea, Sri Lanka, India, and Macau. The Korean cookbook, Cook Korean is one of my favorite cookbooks of the year. If you are interested in cooking, I highly recommend you hop on over to CRAFT and take a peek at my column. Heck, you should check out the magazine while you're at it, it's free.
Anyhoo, I just finished Laura Shapiro's fascinating book, What She Ate, and will be back shortly with a rundown for you.
